Firstly, greetings and welcome to FullContactZone. May your stay be pleasant. Now on to the Rules.
* It is expected that any and all uses of FullContactZone to be kind and considerate.
* This is a private tracker, so let's only invite people who we trust.
* Demanding torrents be uploaded will not help, and will not be tolerated. Our kind uploaders and cappers do us a tremendous service
by allowing us to view their materials. This being said, lets give them the respect they justly deserve.
* You are the only one who can make yourself connectable. This being said, you are also the person in charge of maintaining your ratio.
Accounts with nothing uploaded/ downloaded will be deleted after 4 weeks.
* Do not upload our torrents to other trackers! (See the FAQ for details.) Uploading our torrents to other trackers will just bring bad will towards us.
Since our tracker is private none of the people downloading these "stolen" torrents will be able to connect to our tracker unless they are currently a member in good standing.
- How many times have you been upset to find out "the" tracker is members only?
* Disruptive behavior in the forums or on the tracker will result in a warning. You will only get one warning! After that you're out.
* Do not mention other trackers (invites or info) that deal with MMA, PERIOD.
------Downloading rules - By not following these rules you will lose download privileges!--------
* Access to the newest torrents is conditional on a good ratio! (See the FAQ for details.)
* Low ratios will result in severe consequences, including banning in extreme cases.
* Users with a ratio below .50 & who downloaded more than 1 GB for 1 week (7 days) will be warned to correct their ratio.
*You must seed each torrent you download to a 1.0 ratio or a total of 24 hours. Hit and runners will be warned and/or banned as needed.
* You must have legal rights to the file you are downloading.
* Comments on torrents are for commenting about quality, thanks and so on. Do NOT make format requests or any other off-topic comments there. Especially no spoilers!!!

* No aggressive behaviour or flaming in the forums.
* No trashing of other peoples topics (i.e. SPAM).
* No systematic foul language (and none at all on titles).
* No links to warez or crack sites in the forums. This includes other tracker that deal with MMA.
* No bumping... (All bumped threads will be deleted.)
* No double posting. If you wish to post again, and yours is the last post
in the thread please use the EDIT function, instead of posting a double.
* Please ensure all questions are posted in the correct section!
* Last, please read the FAQ before asking any questions!
* Do not post spoilers anywhere on the tracker other than in threads / forums where it says ***spoilers***
-------Avatar Guidelines - Please try to follow these guidelines-------
* The allowed formats are .gif, .jpg and .png.
* Be considerate. Resize your images to a width of 150 px and a size of no more than 150 KB.
(Browsers will rescale them anyway: smaller images will be expanded and will not look good;
larger images will just waste bandwidth and CPU cycles.) For now this is just a guideline but it will be automatically enforced in the near future.
* Do not use potentially offensive material involving porn, religious material, animal / human
cruelty or ideologically charged images. If you have to, mark them as such in your profile. Mods have wide discretion on what is acceptable. If in doubt PM one.
-------Uploading rules - Torrents violating these rules may be deleted without notice-------
* All uploads must include a proper description or you will receive a warning. After 3 warnings you will be banned from uploading.
* Try to keep all files in original format. Transcoding is not tolerated.
* Absolutely no WMV, NSV, RM, RMVB, FLV or other windows native formats at all. (Some exceptions will be made. PM Mod if in doubt. UFC prelims are allowed as WMVs.)
* All uploads should be seeded untill there are 3 completions. Seeding even longer is better.
* All uploads must be sports related materials. NO games or movies (except from documentaries like Choke, Smashing Machine etc.).
* Torrents not seeded until completion can and will be removed. Enough of these torrents (2) and your upload rights will be revoked.
* Stay active! You risk having your account disabled if you do not login regularly or park your account.
* You must have legal rights to the file you are uploading.
*Note* If you have something interesting that somehow violates these rules, ask a mod and we might make an exception.
-------Moderating Rules - Use your better judgement!-------
* The most important rule: Use your better judgment! Remember everything you do is a reflection of FCZ
* Don't be afraid to say NO! (a.k.a. "Helshad's rule".)
* Don't defy another mod in public, instead send a PM or contact him through IM/IRC.
* Be tolerant! Give the user(s) a chance to reform.
* Don't act prematurely, let the users make their mistakes and THEN correct them.
* Try correcting any "off topics" rather then closing a thread.
* Move topics rather than locking them.
* Be tolerant when moderating the General section (give them some slack).
* If you lock a topic, give a brief explanation as to why you're locking it.
* Before you disable a user account, send him/her a PM and if they reply, put them on a 2 week trial.
* Don't disable a user account until he or she has been a member for at least 4 weeks (unless they're begging for it).
* Always state a reason (in the user comment box) as to why the user is being banned / warned. |
